Day 1: Kuala Lumpur - Chengdu (D: Meal On Board)
Assemble at Kuala Lumpur International Airport for your fly to Chengdu, Upon arrival, check in hotel.

Day 2: Chengdu - Nyingchi (B: Breakfast Box | L: Chinese Cuisine | D: Stone Pot Chicken)
Domestic flight to Nyingchi.
Lu Lang Lin Hai：Located in the forests, it is known as "Tibet Jiangnan". "Lulang" means "Dragon King Valley" in Tibetan. It is the place of the Dragon King lives, Height of 3,700 meters, is a narrow strip of typical plateau mountain meadows.
Sejila Mountain：It belongs to the Nyainqentanglha Mountains, is the watershed between the Niyang River Basin and the Parong Zangbo River, and is crossed by the Sichuan-Tibet Highway. The most famous one is the Rhododendrons that are all over the mountain.

Day 3: Nyingchi - Lhasa (B: Hotel | L: Bahe fish Cuisine | D: Chinese Cuisine)
Ba Song Lake (Include electric car)：It is about 18 kilometers long, the lake covers an area of about 27 square kilometers, the deepest part reaches 120 meters, and the lake surface is 3480 meters above sea level. Located about 36 kilometers away from Bahe Town, Gongbu Jiangda County, in the high gorge and deep valley of the upper Bahe River, it is a famous sacred lake and holy place of the Red Sect.
Pass by Mira Pass Tunnel
*Friendly reminder: Lhasa is about 3,650 meters above sea level. Keeping a normal mind, avoiding exercising, drinking plenty of water, and taking adequate rest are the best ways to prevent altitude sickness.

Day 4: Lhasa (B: Hotel | L: Nepalese Cuisine | D: Mushroom Hotpot)
Potala Palace：The whole palace has a Tibetan style, is more than 200 meters high, and has 13 floors on the outside, but only 9 floors in reality.
*Note: Potala Palace is under discretion and time limit of visit (1hour), tour itinerary will subject to visitation time arrangement.
Johkong Temple：It is the most sacred temple in Tibet. It was built in 648. It is the first building in Lhasa. It means "House of Buddha" in Tibetan. It has a history of 1,300 years. In front of the temple are the famous "Tang-Tibet Alliance Monument" and "Princess Willow". It is said that the Buddha statue of Sakyamuni enshrined in the temple is a deity made by Sakyamuni himself during his lifetime.
Barkhor Street + Tibetan Traditional Costume experience：Also known as Bajiao Street, surrounding the Jokhang Temple, it is the oldest ancient market street in Tibet and the best paradise for overseas pilgrimage and shopping.

Day 5: Lhasa - Yamdrok Yongcuo - Lhasa (B: Hotel | L: Local Cuisine | D: Local Cuisine)
Yamdrok Lake：It is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet. The lake is 4441 meters above sea level. It is an inland lake at the northern foot of the Himalayas.

Day 6: Lhasa - Qinghai Tibet Railway (B: Hotel | L: Train | D: Train)
The Qinghai-Tibet Railway Train：IIs a viewing avenue. Traveling to Tibet must experience a Qinghai-Tibet train viewing. On the train, you can enjoy the endless grasslands and snow-capped mountains through the window, and wild animals such as Tibetan antelopes and wild yaks live freely on the vast plateau.
*Note: Train cabin is based on double decker quad share basic. All the cabin allocations are fixed by railway authorities and unable to switch & selector you might be sharing cabin with outsiders.

Day 7: Qinghai Tibet Railway - Xining - Chengdu (B: Train | L: Qinghai Cuisine | D: Chinese Cuisine)
Kumbum Monastery (Includes Electrical Car)：The most famous Tibetan Buddhist temple in Xining, is also the largest monastery in Tibetan Buddhism in Qinghai Province.

Day 8: Chengdu - Kuala Lumpur (B: Hotel | L: Sichuan Cuisine | D: Meal On Board)

第一天：吉隆坡 - 成都（晚：机上用餐）
集合于吉隆坡国际机场办理登机手续，然后乘搭飞机飞往成都。抵达后，入住酒店休息。

第二天：成都 - 林芝（早：早餐盒 | 午：中式合菜 | 晚：石锅鸡风味）
乘搭内陆班机机飞往林芝。
魯朗林海: 座落在深山老林之中，素有「西藏江南」美称。 「鲁朗」藏语意为「龙王谷」，是龙王爷居住的地方，也是「叫人不想家」的地方。鲁朗海拔3700米，是一片典型高原山地草甸狭长地带。
色季拉山: 属念青唐古拉山脉，是尼洋河流域与帕龙藏布江的分水岭，为川藏公路所跨越。较出名的便是是那满山满眼的杜鹃花了。

第三天：林芝 - 拉萨（早：酒店 | 午：巴河鱼风味 | 晚：中式合菜）
巴松措（含观光车): 长约18公里，湖面面积约27平方公里，最深处达120米，湖面海拔3480米。位于距工布江达县巴河镇约36千米的巴河上游的高峡深谷里，是红教的一处著名神湖和圣地。
途径米拉山隧道
*温馨提示：拉萨海拔约3650米，要保持平常心态，忽热烈运动，多饮水，充分的休息是预防高原反应的最佳办法

第四天：拉萨（早：酒店 | 午：尼泊尔风味餐 | 晚：野山菌火锅）
布达拉宫: 整座宫殿具有藏式风格，高200余米，外观13层，实际只有9层。由于它起建于山腰，大面积的石壁又屹立如峭壁，使建筑仿佛与山岗融为一体，气势雄伟。
*注：因布达拉宫有设定每梯参观人数(分梯进入参观)及旅客参观的时间(1小时)，行程会因为设定的时间而做顺序的更改，敬请谅解。
大昭寺: 是西藏最神聖的寺廟，建於６４８年，是拉薩的首批建築，藏語意為“佛之屋”，距今有１３００年的歷史，是拉薩老城中心、僧俗的聚居地。寺前有著名的“唐蕃會盟碑”和“公主柳”。　傳說寺內供奉的釋迦牟尼佛像是釋迦牟尼在有生之年親手製作的本尊。
八廓街 + 藏服体验: 又名八角街，環繞大昭寺，是西藏最古老的市集古街道，也是海外朝聖購物的最佳天堂。

第五天：拉萨 - 羊卓雍措 - 拉萨（早：酒店 | 午：中式合菜 | 晚：中式合菜）
羊卓雍措:是西藏三大聖湖之一，湖面海拔4441米，是喜馬拉雅山北麓的內陸湖,湖光山色美不胜收。水源来自四周念青唐古拉山脉的雪水，没有出水口，雪水的流入与自然的蒸发达到一种奇特的动态平衡，湖水随着光线变幻，演变成千变万化的蓝色。

第六天：拉萨 - 青藏列车（早：酒店 | 午：火车上简餐 | 晚：火车上简餐）
青藏铁路:全长1956公里，青藏铁路沿线地质情况十分复杂，那是一条神奇的天路，带我们走进人间天堂，乘坐穿越世界屋脊的青藏铁路高原列车，不仅能饱览青藏高原绚丽的自然风光。
*注：青藏列车卧室上下铺安排以系统出票为准，恕无选位。团队有可能和其它客人共住一室）

第七天：青藏列车 - 西宁 - 成都（早：火车上简餐 | 午：青海风味餐 | 晚：中式合菜）
塔尔寺（含电瓶车): 西宁最为著名的藏传佛教寺庙，也是整个青海省藏传佛教中的第一大寺院。

第八天：成都 - 吉隆坡（早：酒店 | 午：新派川菜 | 晚：机上用餐）
锦里古街
送往机场乘搭航班回返家园。
