1. What are the procedures if I am interested in one of Pearl Holiday tour packages?
     
A   You may call in to our office (03-8924 9999 for Kajang HQ, or 03-9222 8922 for KL Branch) during office hour to re-confirm the tour is it still available. In the same time, please leave down your name and contact number to our tour consultant.
     
2. Any deposit required?
 A   Yes. RM 500/pax for overseas package. RM 150/pax for 2 to go package, and RM 100/pax for domestic package.

 


 
     
3. When should I make the full payment?
 A   Pearl Holiday’s staff will call you to make full payment around 3-4 weeks before departure date, or a date once the tour is confirmed departure.
     
4. If a customer has made deposit in a particular tour package but the tour is not confirmed, would there be refund?
 A   Yes, Deposit will be fully refund if the tour is unable to confirm by Pearl Holiday side.

 
     
5. Is it safe now to visit Japan?
